Steps to integrate

On website app

  • Navigate to the left sidebar, and click on + Account

  • Choose the Things option

  • Name your integration

  • Enter your Things Cloud account and password to sign into your Things

  • Click Done

You will see the integration of Things on the left sidebar. Click on the integration to see all tasks from your Things account in a separate list.

On phone app

  • Open PolyPlan app

  • Navigate to the bottom menu bar, and tap the Extras tab, then select Integration.

  • In the All Services category, find Things, then tap on the button Connect.

  • Name your integration

  • Enter your Things Cloud account and password

  • Tap on Save.

Important Notes

  • If you have several Things Cloud accounts, you can create an integration for each account. Also, make sure to name them distinguishedly for easy management.

  • All tasks are synced regardless of their status before the integration starts.

  • If your task has a reminder in Things, its reminder will be its start time in PolyPlan. Your task will be organized into the timeline along with other tasks.

  • If your task doesn't have a reminder in Things, it will be synced as an all-day task to PolyPlan. All-day tasks will be displayed on the top of the daily view.

  • If you want to edit or delete a task, you do these actions in Things. All updates from Things will take a few minutes to be synced to PolyPlan.
