PolyPlan - Microsoft Todo Integration

How it works

The integration between PolyPlan and Microsoft Todo will synce your tasks from Microsoft Todo with the following information:

  • Title as title

  • Note as description

  • Reminder as start time

Steps to integrate

On website app

  • Navigate to the left sidebar, and click on + Add…

  • Hover on Account and choose the Microsoft Todo option

  • You will navigate to log into your Microsoft account and grant access permission

  • Name your integration for the manage on the left sidebar

  • Click Save

The integration of Microsoft Todo is on the left sidebar. Click on it to see all tasks from your Microsoft Todo account in a separate list.

On phone app

  • Open PolyPlan app

  • Navigate to the bottom menu bar, and tap the Extras tab, then select Integration.

  • In the All Services category, find Microsoft Todo, then tap Connect.

  • You will navigate to log into your Microsoft account and grant access permission

  • Name your integration for the manage on the left sidebar

  • Tap on Save.

Important Notes

  • If you have several Microsoft Todo accounts, you can set up an integration for each account. Make sure to name them distinguishedly for your easy management.

  • All tasks are synced regardless of their parent lists.

  • If you don't set the reminders for the task in Microsoft Todo, the start time will be 12:00 AM by default.

  • The steps of Microsoft Todo's tasks are not synced.

  • Repetition is not synced

  • You only can see the details of tasks when viewing it on PolyPlan. All actions to edit or delete a task should be done using the Microsoft Todo app.

  • The main point of this integration is to help you manage all things in one place while not overwhelm you with reminders from both the source app and PolyPlan, so it's still Microsoft Todo that reminds you.
