How it works

This integration will sync your events from the Apple Calendar to PolyPlan with the following information:

• Event title as event name

• Starts as start time

• Ends as end time

Steps to connect

• Open PolyPlan app

• Navigate to the bottom menu bar, and tap the Extras tab, then select Integration.

• In the All Services category, find Calendar, then tap on the button Connect.

• Choose the lists of events to sync, then tap on Save

Important notes

• This integration is only available in the iOS app for iPhone and iPad

• Synced events with specific start and end times will appear in the timeline along with other tasks

• Events marked as all-day event are not assigned specific time and will appear on the top of the timeline in PolyPlan.

• The reminders of your event are not synced. The main point of this integration is to help you manage all things in one place while not overwhelm you with reminders from both the source app and PolyPlan, so it's still Apple Calendar that reminds you.

• To edit or delete a synced event, you can make the update by:

  • Tapping on the events from PolyPlan, or

  • Go to Calendar app to make the changes directly

• Limitation: on Apple devices, if you connect PolyPlan with Apple iCal of an iCloud account A, but later view it on another device with an iCloud account B, you will not be able to tap on the event and view the details of it on PolyPlan.
