How to purchase

When you purchase the Premium plan using the phone app, your payment is processed to Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android device) and should comply with their policy in any case.

To purchase:

  • Open the app on your phone, navigate to the bottom menu bar, then tap on Extras and choose Plans

  • In the pricing pop-up, tap on View Plans

  • Choose to pay per month or year, then tap on Subscribe/Try for free to start your subscription.

    The yearly payment is offered with the 7-day trial.

  • Take steps to authorize the payment required by Apple or Google.

Change your subscription

You can change the payment of your Premium subscription.

To change the payment plan:

  • Open the app on your iPhone, navigate to the bottom menu bar, then tap Extras and choose Account

  • In Plan & Billing, tap on Premium

  • Follow the steps to confirm your change required by Apple or Google

The next payment will be charged by the end of your current plan.

Cancel your subscription

To change the payment plan:

  • Open the app on your iPhone, navigate to the bottom menu bar, then tap Extras and choose Account

  • In Plan & Billing, tap on Premium

  • Follow the steps to cancel your subscription required by Apple or Google

Request a refund

Your payment is authorized to Apple (for iOS users) or Google (for Android users), so please send your refund request directly to Apple for review and processing.
