How it works
The integration between PolyPlan and Trello will sync the cards from the synced lists of a board as a task in PolyPlan with the following information:
Card name as task title
Checklist
Start Date, Due Date
Completion status

Steps to integrate
On website app
Navigate to the left sidebar, and click on + Add…
Hover on Account and choose the Trello option
Read the list of permission required by PolyPlan, and click Log in to agree and sign into your account.
If you've already signed into your account on your browser, click Allow.
Name your integration for easy management and choose the Trello boards to sync to PolyPlan.

For each board, you configure:
Sync tasks from the lists: choose the lists which contain the tasks you want to sync
Date colum: choose between Start Date and Due Date (including Time), PolyPlan based on this setting to schedule your tasks.
This column is required
If you choose Start Date, your card appears as an all-day task
If you choose Due Date, your card appears in the timetime, its start time is the due date & time in Trello.
On task complete, move card to: choose the list where you want to drag the Trello card to when you complete it
On task in-complete, move card to: choose the list where you want to drag the Trello card to when you revert the completion of a task
Finally, click Save to start the integration.

If you've already signed into your account on your browser, click Allow.

Tap on each board, and configure:
Sync tasks from the lists: choose the lists which contain the tasks you want to sync
Date colum: choose between Start Date and Due Date (including Time), PolyPlan based on this setting to schedule your tasks.
This column is required
If you choose Start Date, your card appears as an all-day task
If you choose Due Date, your card appears in the timetime, its start time is the due date & time in Trello.
On task complete, move card to: choose the list which you want to drag the Trello card to when you complete it
On task in-complete, move card to: choose the list which you want to drag the Trello card to when you revert the completion of a task
Click Save to start the integration.
Edit date & time of tasks
All changes in Start Date or Due Date in Trello is immediately synced to PolyPlan
You also can change the date and time of your tasks directly the PolyPlan website app:
For cards that are synced with Start Date, you can drag it to another day or into the timeline and assign it to a specific time range. The date will be updated to Trello, but the time is saved locally in PolyPlan only.
For cards that are synced with Due Date, you can drag it to another date and timeline, or change the duration of it. The new start date and time will be updated to Trello, while the new end time is saved locally in PolyPlan.
For cards that are synced with Due Date, you can drag it to be an all-day event of any date. The date will be synced back to Trello, the time is changed to 0:00.
Limitations
If there is any new configuration in the settings of the integration, it refreshes the synchronization. Consequently, the new end time you set for your tasks before will be removed.
If the Trello card has no Start Date or Due Date, it is synced as a No Time task in PolyPlan. To see all No Time tasks, click on the Trello integration in the section in the section Account on the left sidebar.
Dragging a No Time task into a date on PolyPlan will not sync the updated date and time to the relative Trello card.
Completion of your tasks
On PolyPlan, if you mark the tasks as done, its Trello card will be automatically moved to the list that you set in the setting “On task complete, move card to”.
On Trello, if you move a card to the list that you set in the setting “On task complete, move card to”, its PolyPlan task will be automatically marked as done.
Limitations
In case the lists choosen in the settings “On task in-complete, move card to” and “On task complete, move card to” are deleted or archived, marking a synced task as complete or undoing it will not move its Trello card to any other lists.
If your Trello card is completed and moved to a list that is not chosen to synced to PolyPlan, its PolyPlan task will be removed.
Deletion of your tasks
There are several ways to remove a task synced from Trello:
Moving your Trello card to an un-synced list will remove its PolyPlan task
Moving your Trello card to an un-synced board will remove its PolyPlan task
Closing your board will remove all PolyPlan tasks of the Trello cards belonged to that board
